Shaft started as a collection of architectural stories, lies*, and exaggerations.
The group is based on a theoretical study of architecture and on certain working methods closely related to the understanding of architecture, which for us represents a series of stimuli used in a dynamic way on the current environment in which we live.
-the past represents a constant connection that influences the present, therefore, our group of four people tries to theoretically study these stimuli (life in the city, the relationship with the surrounding natural environment, the social context seen as a cultural space and the simple act of playing, of doing).Without a specific point of departure, almost in a nomad sense of the word, we see the working progress as a type of language, and we "go for it", in a way in which we aim to seize thought's movement and gestures.
*Interface which represents a virtual space driven by the fickleness of singular reference concepts - a free space of doing.
